Individuals Final
This event requires the athlete to be monitored by a Technical Official that has passed the iF3 Online TO course. It also requires the athlete to record the entire event on video.
The event must be performed on a running clock from 0:00 to 108:00 without stopping (1h 48 min). Tests must be performed in the exakt order and at the exact times stated below.
Test 1 (Endurance) + Test 2 (Strength)
From 0:00 to 24:00
Every 6 minutes for 4 rounds:
- 1 000 meter Row
- 5 unbroken Thrusters (Athlete chooses the weight)
Test 1 Score: Total 4 000m row time
Test 2 Score: Total Load for Thrusters
Rest 24:00-40:00
Test 3 (Bodyweight) + Test 4 (Skill)

On a 16 minute running clock

- Burpee Box Jump Over (100cm/90cm) (40”/36”)

- 5 free standing Handstand Push-ups – last rep must go directly into a 9 meter unbroken Handstand walk
