This event requires the athlete to be monitored by a Technical Official that has passed the iF3 Online TO course. It also requires the athlete to record the entire event on video.
The event must be performed on a running clock from 0:00 to 108:00 without stopping (1h 48 min). Tests must be performed in the exakt order and at the exact times stated below.
Test 1 - Endurance
