Individuals Preliminary Rounds

This event requires the athlete to be monitored by a Technical Official that has passed the iF3 Online TO course. It also requires the athlete to record the entire event on video.

The event must be performed on a running clock from 0:00 to 108:00 without stopping (1h 48 min). Tests must be performed in the exakt order and at the exact times stated below.

Full description and standards

Test 1 - Endurance

From 0:00 to 12:00

For time:

  • 150 Double Unders
  • Row 750 meters
  • 150 Double Unders
  • Row 750 meters
  • 150 Double Unders

(12 minute time cap)

Rest 12:00-25:00

Test 2 - Strength

From 25:00 to 32:00

For time:

  • 21 Thrusters (60/45 kg) (135lbs/100lbs)
  • 15 Thruster (70kg/55kg) (155lbs/120lbs)
  • 9 Thruster (80kg/60kg) (175lbs/130lbs)

(7 minute cap)

Rest 32:00-40:00

Test 3 - Bodyweight

From 40:00 to 45:00

For time:

  • 75 Toes to Bar

(5 minute cap)

Rest 45:00-60:00

Test 4 - Skill

From 60:00 to 68:00

For time:

  • 10-8-6-4-2 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-Ups (15cm/10cm) (6”/4”)
  • 20 pistols after each set of Handstand Push-Ups (100 Pistols Total)

(8 minute cap)

Rest 68:00-75:00

Test 5 - Mixed

From 75:00 to 90:00

For time:

  • Row 80 Calories
  • 80 Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg) (70/53 lbs)
  • 80 Burpees Over Erg

(15 minute cap)

Rest 90:00-105:00

Test 6 - Power

From 105:00 to 108:00

For time:

  • 25 Ground to Overhead (60/45kg) (135lbs/100lbs)
