Test 1: Endurance

Test 1 Flow
At the start signal, athletes will begin biking their assigned distance. Once the bike distance is complete, athletes must safely dismount and move to the rower to complete the assigned rowing distance. After finishing the row, athletes will proceed to the SkiErg to complete the assigned ski distance. When the ski distance is complete, athletes will run across the finish line to stop their time..

Test 1 Special Regulations.
Athletes will start in waves for this test. A new wave will start every 10 minutes.
The athlete may adjust the seat height, and damper on the bike before the test. For the other machines athletes may make adjustments to the damper or foot straps when they reach that piece of equipment during the test.
Athletes may not touch the monitor on any machine at any time.
Test 2: Strength
All Age Groups
In 4 minutes establish a 1 rep max Clean and Jerk.

Test 2 Flow
On the start signal, athletes may begin loading the bar and will have 4 minutes to find the heaviest weight they can lift for a one rep max clean and jerk. Athletes may make as many attempts as they wish and increase or decrease weight as they wish.

Test 2 Special Regulations
The available weights will be in kilograms.
The athlete can attempt the lift as many times as they want within the 4 minute window.
Athletes are responsible for changing their own weights. They may increase or decrease weights at any time.
All lifts must be completed before the time cap. If you finish a lift beyond the time that will result in a “no lift.”
Athletes must stay within their lifting area. Touching the line on the edge of the lifting area or going outside the lifting area during a lift will result in a “No Lift” and end the attempt.
Athletes may use any style of clean and any style of shoulder to overhead that comes from the front rack position. Putting on the bar on the back of the neck to attempt a shoulder to overhead from the back rack is not allowed.
Clips must be on the bar outside the outermost plates before any attempt can be made, and any unused plates must be removed from the lifting area.
If an athlete fails or misses the jerk but does not drop the bar, they may reattempt the jerk and be credited with a good lift if successful.
Athletes will receive a “no lift” if they drop the bar behind them, even if the lift was otherwise successfully completed.
If an athlete’s knee touches the ground that will result in a “no lift.”
The athlete’s score will be the weight of the heaviest lift successfully completed.
Test 3: Bodyweight
Age Groups 30-34 Through 55-59
Every 3 Minutes for 3 Rounds Athletes Will Perform:
60 Double Unders
12 Toes-to-Bar
12 Box Jumps (61 cm/ 51 cm)
Then As Many Toes to Bar as Possible in the Remaining Time
Rest 1:00 Between Rounds
Age Groups 60-64 and 65+
Every 3 Minutes for 3 Rounds Athletes Will Perform:
30 Double Unders
10 Toes To Bar
12 Box Jumps Or Box Step Ups (61 cm/ 51 cm)
Then As Many Toes To Bar as Possible in the Remaining Time
Rest 1:00 Between Rounds
Test 3 Flow
Athletes start on the starting line. On the start signal a three minute clock will start, athletes will begin their Double Unders. Athletes will then move to their pull-up bar and complete their required number of Toes to Bar. Athletes will then move to their box where they will complete 12 box jumps (or step ups for some age groups). After completing their box jumps, athletes will return to their pull-up bar and perform as many toes to bar as possible in the remaining time. When the 3 minute clock expires, athletes will have 1 minute to rest before the second 3 minute interval begins. Athletes will follow the same pattern during the second and third interval.

Test 3 Special Regulations
The score for this test will be the total number of repetitions completed by the athlete across all 3 rounds. This includes the Double Unders, Toes to Bar, and Box Jumps that are part of the buy-in each round.
Athletes must step down from their Box Jumps on each repetition. They may not jump down.
Age Groups 60-64 and 65+ have the option to do box step ups instead of performing box jumps.
The rope must spin forward on double unders.
Athletes may start with their jump rope in their hand each round.
Athletes restart at the beginning of the amrap each round.

Test 4 Flow Division
Athletes start on the starting line. On the start signal, athletes will a 3 minute amrap of 5 pull-ups, 10 air squats, and a 10 meter handstand walk or overhead carry for some divisions. At the 3 minute mark, athletes will stop working and return to their start mats while they rest for 1:00 minute. Once the 1:00 minute rest is over, athletes will begin a 4 minute amrap of 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups, 10 Goblet Squats, and either a handstand pirouette into a handstand walk or just a handstand walk depending on their division. At the end of the 4 minutes, athletes will again rest for 1:00 minute. At the conclusion of the 1:00 minute rest, athletes will begin a final 5 minute amrap of 5 Bar Muscle-Ups, 10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats or 10 Dumbbell Front Squats, and either a backwards handstand walk or a handstand walk depending on their. The test will be over when the 5 minute clock expires. That athletes total score will be the total number of repetitions completed across all 3 amraps.

Test 4 Special Regulations
Athletes may break up their handstand walks. The minimum increment for any handstand walk is 2.5 meters.
The score for this test is the total number of repetitions performed across all 3 amraps.
Test 5: Mixed
Age Groups 30-34 through 45-49
For Time:
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 repetitions of:
Wall Balls (9/6 kg to 3/2.7 meters)
Deadlifts (60/40 kg)
Hang Power Cleans (60/40 kg)
Shoulder-to-Overhead (60/40 kg)

Age Groups 50-54 and 55-59
For Time:

Wall Balls (6/3 kg to 3/2.7 meters)

Time Cap: 15 Minutes
Test 5 Flow
Athletes start on the starting line. At the start signal, athletes will perform 2 wall balls, then move to the barbell to complete 2 deadlifts, 2 hang power cleans, and 2 shoulder to overheads. They will then return to their wall ball and perform 4 wall balls, before moving to the barbell for 4 deadlifts, 4 hang power cleans, and 4 shoulder to overheads. Athletes will continue in this pattern, increasing by 2 repetitions per movement each round, until they complete the round of 20 repetitions (or 16 repetitions for age groups 60–64 and 65+). After the final shoulder to overhead, athletes will run across the finish line to stop their time.

Test 5 Special Regulations
You must stand up your final hang power clean of each round before beginning the shoulder to overheads. You cannot catch your hang power clean in a partial squat and go right into a shoulder to overhead without hitting full extension of the knees and hips in the end position of the hang power clean first.
Test 6: Power
Age Groups 30-34 Through 50-54
For Time
6 Rounds:
3 Power Snatches (50/35 kg)
3 Lateral Burpees Over the Bar
Time Cap: 4 minutes
Age Groups 55-59 Through 65+
For Time
6 Rounds:
3 Power Snatches (35/25 kg)
3 Lateral Burpees Over the Bar
Time Cap: 4 minutes
Test 6 Flow
Athletes start on the starting line. On the start signal, athletes will perform 3 power snatches followed by 3 lateral burpees over the bar. Athletes will continue in this pattern until 6 rounds are completed. After their last burpee in the 6th round, athletes will then run across the finish line to stop their time.
